Today we have combined Cardio with Ab Exercises for a perfect Workout! This is a serious fat burning ab sculpting session in just 16 Minutes. We will get our heart rates up and target in on our core to get that six pack. We will not need any equipment today other than a mat if you choose and some space. This workout can be done from pretty much anywhere and it is not to long so get ready for a quick sweat sesh to get you one step closer to your fitness goals.
