How are you all doing?
Today, I’ll be doing a 15 mins Cardio workout with you! This is a low impact workout with minimal jumping and no repeat 🙂 Yet, you’ll definitely sweat a lot!!
We’ll have 20 different exercises that target our whole body! We’ll do each exercise ONE time ONLY for 45sec. NO REST in between exercises!
All you need today is a bottle of water, a towel and a mat 🙂 .
