15 Minute Fat Burning on the Bowflex Max Trainer

For the next 15 minutes we’ll be pacing at 20-25 RPM’s and juicing it up to 30-31 RPM’s. We will do this back and forth one minute on one minute off for the next 15 minutes. It’s a technique I came up with to help you increase you speed and stamina on the Bowflex Max Trainer. This technique will help you burn fat and boost your cardio.
