Great 15 minute fat burning HIIT workout to get the heart rate up, burn calories quickly, increase your metabolism and challenge yourself!
The 5 exercises are performed for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest before going onto next exercise. This 5 minute set is repeated 3 times totalling 15 minutes.
Travelling squat jumps
Travelling push ups
Burpee with fwd bound jump
Travelling upright plank with butt kicker

HIIT is a cardiovascular exercise broken into intervals with certain rest periods or lower intensity exercises inbetween. The aim is to increase your heart rate in spikes so anyway you change this workout is good so long as you feeling that higher intensity!
