15 MINUTE BOXING CARDIO WORKOUT (FAT BURNING WORKOUT)

Boxing workouts can be a great option for those of you who are short on time and wanted to get the most out of your cardio routines. A 15 minute boxing cardio workout that you can perform with a heavy bag or shadowboxing. This workout is perfect to burn fat.

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I’m doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don’t need a rest – watch it the whole way through.
