Before starting any workout/exercise please do stretching as stretching will help you relax your muscles and will also reduce the chances of injury.

Below are the 5 Fat Burning Exercises :
1️⃣ Pushups
2️⃣ High Kick Lunges
3️⃣ Walking Squats
4️⃣ Box-Jump Squats(women)/Pushups(men)
5️⃣ Crab Kicks

Follow these 5 exercises for 30 seconds each with 30 seconds rest for 15mins
