This is a 15 minute, total body, bodyweight-only, fat burning cardio workout routine! This workout routine requires no equipment at all, only an optional exercise mat. Put on a T-shirt and a pair of stretchy pants and you’re good to go! I’ve included low impact modifications all the way through, so don’t worry if you live in an apartment!
I haven’t included your warm up and cool down, so please make sure that you do those on your own!
