15 Min high-intensity interval training workout to do at home without the need for any equipment. This workout is good to burn lots of calories and is great if you are trying to lose weight. It’s a full-body HIIT routine that covers legs, glutes, abs, upper body, and more and is good to increase your overall strength and cardio.
Remember to warm up before you get started.
This is an intermediate-level routine but if you’ve been doing our other more beginner-friendly workouts for a while you should have no problem getting after this one!
