I had to increase my daily exercise to maintain my weight.
In today’s video, I’m sharing with you a fat burning workout routine of only 15 minutes… To do at home! I had a special guest while working out… Emilio!
Every exercise must be repeated 3 times with a 30 second break between each set.
Dink plenty of water.
You will need a booty band, a mat and some light weights.
