You can do this 15 MIN HIIT workout anywhere, anytime. All you need is just 15 minutes from your BUSY schedule to get fit.

This fast-paced circuit is a great way to maximize your time, burn fat, and build muscle & strength. Crush your workout and spare your schedule with this 15 minutes HIIT training session!

I have incorporated SIX exercises in this 15 minutes HIIT workout. Each has its unique benefit.

Work time: 40 seconds
Rest time: 20 seconds

Do as many repetitions as possible in 40 seconds but with the good form and tempo.

Take deep breath during 20 seconds rest period and get ready for the next exercise.
