Today we will be kicking things off with some CARDIO!
Expect to be comfortably uncomfortable – and decently out of breath. It’s only 10 Minutes and it is TOTALLY worth it.
I provide advanced options but will be working out with the beginners this week. This is a fast paced, and upbeat workout and is SURE to start our two weeks off with a bang.
