Below is the routine:
30 secs on/ 15 secs rest

2. Hip Bridge
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Crunches
5. Walk Down Plank
6. Step in-Step out
7. Good Morning

You can choose to do as many sets as you can, as per fitness level. Just make sure that you warm up, stay hydrated and do stretches post the workout.
