Man do I have a fat burning workout for you..what is great about it? You can do this fat burning workout at home with no equipment. This fat burning bodyweight circuit is going to be time-based, and it consists of 5 different exercises. You are going to do each exercise for 45 seconds, and do as many reps as you can in that time. Don’t just rush through it, make sure to utilize good form for the whole 45 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds between each exercise. You are going to do 2 rounds of each circuit, and at the end of the second round of the fat burning circuit, you are going to do a Finisher. Let’s get started with the exercises in this 11 minute fat burning bodyweight circuit for men.
Exercise #1: BODYWEIGHT SQUATS. Make sure that your knees do not go out in front of your toes when you are squatting down.
Exercise #2: PHANTOM JUMP ROPES. If you have a jump rope and you want to use it, you can.
Exercise #3: PUSH UPS. If you can’t do a lot of pushups, that is okay. Just do slow controlled push ups because 45 seconds can seem like a long time of doing push ups.
Exercise #4: JUMP SQUATS. Make sure to get a deep squat, explode up, and land softly to protect your joints.
Exercise #5: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS. Get your knees up to your chest, but you don’t need to go really fast. Make sure you are controlling your movements.
At the end of the 2 rounds of this fat burning circuit, we are going to do our Finisher.
