Here is a super easy circuit you can do at home that requires no equipment.

10 Rounds
40 seconds of work
20 seconds of rest

If you want make it longer or harder just double or triple the rounds (20 or 30 rounds)

1. In & out squats
2. Plank
3. Plyo Lunges
4. Hand to knee crunches
5. Push ups
6. Mountain climbers
7. Joeys
8. Russian twist
9. Sprinter Lunge
10. Froggies
