10 Minutes HIIT Cardio || Workout sa bahay || No equipment || Fat Burning Cardio

In this workout, we will be dong 10 different exercises; 45 seconds to move and 15 seconds to rest. When you perform each move, do it with full intensity to get the maximum result. Feel free to extend your rest time if needed but I recommend to finish the whole 45 seconds before taking the rest. Hope you guys enjoy this challenge.
