HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercises alternated with low-intensity recovery periods.One of the biggest advantages of HIIT is that one can get maximum health benefits in minimal time.

2.Push Ups with Kicks
3.Standing Cross Crunches
Perform these.exercises in circuit with 30-45 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest interval and perform 3 rounds of this circuit.
