HIIT 02 – This one is a follow through FAT BURNING Home Workout. In this circuit, there are 10 ‘Interesting’ and ‘Highly Effective’ exercises – and we are performing each for 20 secs with 10 secs break.

One circuit will take 5 mins to finish, which means you can BURN STUBBORN FAT IN LESS THAN 30 mins when you perform 4 rounds of this circuit.
