Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other. Complete all 10 exercises and repeat for 2-3 rounds.

3. Forward Lunges (Alternating) 2:40
4. Abs Hip Raises 3:40
5. Jumping Jacks 4:40
6. Superman 5:40
7. Mountain Climbers 6:40
8. Close Squats 7:40
9. Planks 8:40
10. Burpees 9:40
