Dumbbell Demolisher Finisher Workout

Perform each exercise for 10 reps each one after the other for 10 minute straight. This is a density circuit using the AMSAP (As Many Sets As Possible) Make sure you write down how many sets you can get done in 10 minutes

1. Dumbbell Snatches – 65lbs
2. Dumbbell Lunges – 35lbs
3. Dumbbell Burpees – 35lbs
4. Dumbbell Push Ups – 35lbs
