Hope you guys had great holidays!. I’ve got a home 10 minute short, sweet and sweaty fat burning cardio and 6pack abs workout for you today. First of all I want to say happy new years!. 2021 is filled with so many endless opportunities. Whether you want to lose weight, burn fat, get in shape, get strong, or just stay fit in general this is the year to do so. Start off by writing your fitness goals down (or general goals), below the list write down the duration of the period you want to achieve them & then below that make bullet points on what you are going to do to get there and how are you going to hold yourself accountable. Its all possible, it just starts TODAY! RIGHT NOW! with YOU!.
.10-15 min of cardio for burning fat followed by a bit of upper body abdominal workout for that sharp ripped 6pack (or 8pack) abs you want. Then to conclude the workout we have another 5-10 minute cardio for extra burn. Feel free to take breaks a long the workout (make sure the rest breaks aren’t long) and make sure to drink lots of water so you are hydrated at all times.
