Fat burn can bee pretty hard especially when you long to hit the gym and workout with a lot of machines. I have compiled a simplified a core work-out comprised of 8 exercises performed as explained below.
-Each set comprises of 2 exercises each performed twice for 20 seconds with a provision of 10 seconds rest during the intervals.
Set 1 – High knees x2
-Jump Lunges x2
set 2 – Mountain Climbers x2
– Side-toe-Lunges x2
Set 3 – Push-up side plank x2
– Bicycle Crunch x2
Set 4 – Jumping Jacks x2
– Plank Hip Rolls x2
While you are working out, be strong enough to go through all the exercises at least twice or thrice until you hit that sweat and burn the fat. Your entire body will be engaged by those exercises hence hitting all the core muscles of the each body part.
