Jab-Cross-Hook for 1 minute
Rest 30 seconds
Jab-Cross-Hook-Cross for 1 minute
Jab-Cross-Slip for 1 minute
Jab-Cross-Uppercut for 1 minute
Rest 30 seconds
Move around for 1 minute
Jab-Uppercut-Cross for 1 minute
Lead uppercut-Rear uppercut for 1 minute
