Bodyweight Exercises Can Be Quick and Easy!

Here are some bodyweight exercises you can do in the comfort of your home or even outside. The 1st three exercises are done together and the last 4 are done together. 3 Sets 25 Seconds each

Jumping Jacks 3 Sets 15 Reps // Modification: Side Steps ( Jumping Jack Motion w/o The Jump)

Split Squat 3 Sets 10-12 Reps // Modification: Regular Squat

Plank w A Reach Out 3 Sets 10-12 Reps // Modification: Plank From Toes or Knees

Sumo Squat (Wide Stance) 3 Sets 10-12 Reps // Modification: Wall Sit 25 Seconds

Crunches/Sit-Up/Mountain Climbers 3 Sets 25 Seconds // Modification: Tempo

Shoulder Taps 3 Sets 10-12 Reps // Modification: Kneeling

Due to Covid, I have really been focusing on supplying the best at-home workouts! Whether you are a beginner or have been lifting for years. In my exercise videos, I go over proper form, modifications, and low impact exercises. Most exercises are bodyweight, but that does not mean you cannot make it more challenging by adding dumbbells kettlebells, resistance bands, and barbells.

My workouts are beginner-friendly and have tons of modifications. I know how it may be intimidating to go to the gym. That is why I make sure to emphasize form and home workouts you can do anywhere.
