The 10 minute HIIT workout consists of 5 exercises that are each performed for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest. This is a circuit so complete exercises 1-5 back to back then repeat for a 2nd round for a total of 10 minutes.

2. Torso twist jumps
3. Lunge twists
4. Frog jumps
5. Prisoner side squats
