Hi everyone, welcome to today’s 10 MINUTE SWEATY FAT BURN CARDIO WORKOUT ❤

This CARDIO workout will make you so sweaty! We are burning the fat today! This workout is high intensity and will burn a lot of calories. This will help with weight loss. No equipment needed and you can do it at home.

Give this workout a try and let me know how it goes! For best results try this workout 3-4 times a week.

The structure for this workout:
-7 exercises (30s ON, 10s OFF)
-x2 SETS
-30s rest between sets

If you are serious about losing weight then I would highly recommend doing a HIIT & CARDIO workout 2-3 times a week. This will enhance fat burning process dramatically, it is one of the best ways to burn body fat! Here is a link to my HIIT & CARDIO workouts. You can choose any workout, do the same one 2-3 times a week or you can do different ones, whatever you prefer 😁
