Welcome to the ULTIMATE HIIT Workout to help you lose weight fast and burn lots of calories. For this 10 minute workout, Depending on your fitness level, height and weight you will burn between 70-130 cal. This workout has NO REPEATS. There are modifications for every exercise who is a beginner, can’t do jumping exercises, or just wants to take it a little easier.

If you need to take a longer break hit that pause button, grab some water and jump right back into it 🙂 most importantly don’t quit!
