Join me for a 10 minute FAT BURNING HIIT WORKOUT to tone up and torch through calories. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We will be jumping in today’s routine, but I’ll be provided LOW IMPACT OPTIONS as usual. This is also a WRIST FRIENDLY workout, so if planks, pushups or burpees aren’t your thing, then you’re in luck! You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed.
