A no equipment 10 minute fat burning HIIT workout you can do anywhere! It’s a circuit of 10 exercises, each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest which you can repeat as many rounds as you like! You can follow me along with the whole routine.
I have added some tips for each exercise on the video to help you perform them better. 💪
At the end Cool down for a couple of minutes with some light stretching.
