10 min FAT BURNING abs workout (no equipment at home)
Today i show you a quick and effective abs workout to do everytime you want as it doesn’t need any equipment at all!
You have to train your abs if you want to strenghten the core and see the 6 pack, and this workout is the right one for you!
You can do this quick workout easily at home with no equipment needed.
This workout is perfect to build abdominals muscles, but it’s also perfect to activate that fat burning that will show your 6 pack!
This hiit workout consist in 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for a total of a bit more than 10 minutes for 1 round.
If you’re strong enough to try more than 1 round, feel free to take 2-3 minutes rest between each round!
This is a follow along workout, it means that you can workout with me playing the video. If you need a bit more rest, just pause the video 😉
