This is my new 10 Min Dance Workout- Quick Fit Fun Fat Burning Exercises. No Equipment Needed for this workout. After the success of my previous dance workouts, I have put together this new one. I hope you enjoy it and make the best out of it!
These quick fit fun dance exercises will get your cardio working and help you burn fat and shape your body. Dancing is fun and will also help you reach quick and effective results. This home dance workout can be done as a single video workout while adding other workout routines (see some suggestions below) or can be repeated as a challenge over a period of time to maximize your results!

If you want to see results and focus on losing weight and at the same time strengthen and tone your body, then I recommend warmly to follow this challenge:
1. πŸ’ͺ Stick to this routine for 1 week while combining it with an additional following workout- focusing on a different area of the body. Try your best to keep up with the exercises and the workout routine. If you feel that it is too intensive, then feel free to have a rest, recuperate and continue the routine when you can. It’s all cool, you should build up your fitness and endurance step by step!

2. πŸ’ͺ After a week you will already feel and see results, you will feel those muscles well and will know that the work is setting in and giving preliminary results. This is a fun and important stage. If you reach this then don’t stop or give up.
