# Day 75 #Phase 2
# 1 hour Fat Burning HIIT Workout.
# Each set 1 minute (15 sec break)

# My self lost 100 gms after doing this HIIT.
Woke up at 5am and after preparing my husbands lunch box and finishing few house cleaning works I started doing workouts at 6.30am and continued till 7.30am.
7.30am to 10am done with all other hose hold chores and by 10am I had my bfast oats,cornflakes and nuts dipped in some coconutmilk.
10am to 12pm kids study time.
Today I had one seethaphal with out any guilt feeling enjoyed one seethaphal. Not more than one.
12pm to 1pm busy with cooking and cleaning works.
1.30pm lunch Jonna ravva, red daal methi curry, bendi fry with peanuts, aaloo upma curry.
3pm to 4.30pm sleep time.
5pm evening snack raagi oats cake piece.
6pm fruits watermelon and papaya.
