1 Hour FAT BURNING CARDIO & STRENGTH HIIT WITH WEIGHTS |🔥Burn 378 Calories🔥

FAT BURNING CARDIO & STRENGTH HIIT – Torch calories and challenge your body with this 60 min dumbbell workout at home.

There are 6 circuits that make up this 60 min hiit workout with weights. Complete each circuit 2 x through. 45 secs work/15 Secs rest. Have 30 seconds rest between circuits. Have 1 minute rest between circuits 3 & 4.

You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this cardio and strength training hiit. I used 1 set of 5kg + 8kg + 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

2️⃣DB Deadlift (10kg)
3️⃣Donkey Butt Kicks
4️⃣Heel Taps
