👉This is actually 36 MIN😬and is a kick-butt FAT BURNING workout. Alternate between weighted exercises and Plyometric Power Cardio movements. Grab a set of light to medium weight dumbbells. (or go slower with a heavier set). I do this type of workout AT LEAST one time a week because it is so effective in a short amount of time. This is FAST PACED, so make sure you take it at your own speed. Go slower – its fine😉. It’s your workout.
