🔥 35 Minute Cardio Fat Burning Workout 🔥 | Gettin' Sweaty Before Stuffed!

I absolutely love today’s workout! It’s a total body, strength and cardio blast! I added one minute intervals with kettlebell swings and dumbbell thrusters with no rest to pump you up from the start. Then we head into 2 sets of one minute intervals with 30 seconds rest. Here I combined body weight cardio such as broad jumps and weighted exercises like the lateral lunge clean to bring that heart rate up even more. Our last circuit consists of 3 rounds of body weight jumping and hopping type cardio exercises such as the burpee box jump. Get ready to sweat and burn those calories!🔥😅
