Excercise every day and stay fit (or lose weight if necessary) as Toronto is under lockdown again! This video is a virtual jogging/walking route suggestion tour in Downtown Toronto with GPS map featuring one of Toronto’s trendiest neighbourhoods including Queen Street West, The Grange, The Art Gallery of Ontario on Dundas Street, OCAD University, CN Tower, Rogers Centre (home to Toronto Blue Jays), The South Core and more (probably one of Canada’s most talked about places given the popularity of Toronto Blue Jays as well as such touristic attractions as CN Tower and the Art Gallery of Ontario). I started every-day town walking about one year before this recording and have lost 30lbs as a result. This one took around 50 minutes which is equivalent to approximately 350kcal.
