1 MIN METABOLIC CONDITIONING & FAT BURNING WORKOUT!!

What’s up guys and welcome back! Here’s a metabolic conditioning and fat burning workout for you.
We have 3 stations to complete and each station consist of 3 different movements that work your whole body. Perform each movement for 20 seconds back to back-to back-to back for total of 1 minute work once done rest a full minute and then proceed to the next station.
Make sure you add a short 5 seconds transition period between each movement to maximize the intensity of each interval. Once all stations are completed take 2 to 3 minute break recover and repeat that circuit for 5 rounds.

✅STATION 1
1. Skater Jump
2. Sprawl to plank up down
3. Drop Squat
– Perform each move for 20 seconds of work with 5 seconds of rest
between moves

1. Inverted rows
2. Push up to clapping push up
3. Split jump to split lunge jump
– Perform each move for 20 seconds of work with 5 seconds of rest
between moves

DB COMPLEX
1. Bottom up clean
2. Bottom up overhead press
3. Front rack squat
– Perform each move for 20 seconds of work with 5 seconds of rest
between moves
